Adventure Connections was where it all began. Initially specialising in corporate entertainment and hospitality, the company grew and adapted to the leisure market. The company today still arranges team-building events but also offers short breaks and packages to family groups, stags, hens and other celebratory events.

In 2017 WGE formed Office Christmas, a third-party agency that focusses solely on seasonal parties.
